1:1 Parent Training

Our parent training services are designed to support parents in achieving their personal and parenting goals while fostering their child's social and emotional development.  They work with you as a team to combat challenging behaviors by implementing strategies to manage or reduce challenging behaviors whether they are age appropriate or are a result of a behavioral delay/disorder, fostering a more harmonious lifestyle.

Child Development Play Groups
 

Our Child Development Play Group is designed to provide a dynamic and supportive environment where children can grow and thrive while our parent educators model evidence based strategies to support your child's development. Through engaging activities and guided play, we focus on fostering essential skills that support overall development. This program aims to enhance your child’s communication, problem-solving, attention, and cognitive abilities in a fun and interactive setting.

Parenting Classes

Our parent training classes are dedicated to fostering your child’s social and emotional growth while providing you with effective strategies to address and manage challenging behaviors while connecting with other parents on similar journeys.

Parent Counseling

Individual and Parenting counseling is voluntary counseling process that focuses on effective communication, the development of stress management tools, effective parenting strategies and skills, as well as effective conflict resolution skills to help individuals and families navigate the life's transitions. It is goal-oriented and aimed at assisting individual's and parents to expand their awareness, understanding, and knowledge. ​

Individual Counseling 

Counseling is a professional relationship that empowers diverse individuals, families and groups to accomplish mental health, wellness, education and career goals. Counseling is the process whereby specially trained individuals work with others individually, in families and/or in groups to address and work to resolve personal and interpersonal issues by using active listening, goal setting and behavior change, and by teaching new skills and problem-solving.

How to Get Started

A parent educator is available on Tuesdays from 9-12 to provide a virtual 15 minute consultation to answer questions about our programs and find which services best fit your family's needs.
